I pre-ordered this book and it seemed like forever to get to me and I will say the wait was worth it. This book was everything I expected it to be as Matt Shaw really knows how to give his readers what they want. There are more than one, two or three main characters in this book and Matt Shaw let's us know a little bit about each one. Then instead of putting it all into one book, he let's us know there will be at least one more book in this series, though I'm hoping for more than that. This really is a 5 star book and one I definitely recommend to others readers.Product details

Very strange way of writing, but sure made me wanting more. Interesting scenario for sure. Hmmmm. I go on frequent cruises...
Now here's a book by Mr.Shaw that makes me want more. Great set up, quick pace, writing getting tighter with each new title. Truly left me wanting to know... What happens next. Well done!
A fun read. Terrifying because it deals with a situation that is out of the control of the passengers. I liked this one a lot. Reading the second one now.
The story is a little confusing at first with the different people and how it jumps around but it finally comes together. I am looking forward to the next book!
A group of selected people were picked to go on a trip but reality set in as people started turning on one another. Must be something in the water.
First time I have read from this authors and definitely not the last. Flow was well done, characters true to life, a new twist on a very played subject
This is not at all what I was expecting from this book but none-the-less, this is a tightly wound story that is bursting to break loose at the seams, were or not for the deft abilities of the author to keep things contained and focused. Matt Shaw does a masterful job crafting a story that easily could have ended up being a hot mess. The story goes forward and back. You're in the present, the past, then the future and back to the present. There are a lot of characters to keep track of for such a short book but I think this largely adds to the fear and panic inherent in the story.
